Hummus with Organic Sesame Powder

1 can organic chickpeas, rinsed and drained
2 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh squeezed
1 teaspoon organic extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon Himalayan sea salt
3 tablespoons water
Add the organic sesame powder and garlic to the blender, cover, and puree until smooth. Add chickpeas, lemon juice, salt, and oil to blender. Cover and mix until well blended. You may need to stop blending occasionally and scrape down sides of the blender occasionally. Pour into a serving dish and garnish with chopped parsley (if using).
Serve with pita chips or wedges.
