Greens Smoothie

This is an easy way to maximize the amount of vitamins and minerals in your diet. With the addition of protein powder, it becomes a satisfying meal replacement. 

This powerhouse provides you with 5 servings of greens! Dark leafy greens are full of calcium, magnesium, iron and potassium and heaps of vitamin C, K, E and many B vitamins as well. Do your body a favor and start a new habit by blending one up daily! 

 

The Recipe

1 cup Organic Unsweetened Almond Milk

2.5 cups Water

1.5 cups Frozen Organic Blueberries

1 frozen Organic Banana

1 serving of your favorite nubeleaf organic protein powder (try Pea, Brown Rice, Sesame Flour)

1 tablespoon nubeleaf Organic Wheatgrass Powder

1 tablespoon nubeleaf Organic Spinach Powder

1 tablespoon nubeleaf Organic Kale Powder

Greens Smoothie
 

Directions:

Add your ingredients together and blend until smooth. If you have a lower powered blender, try blending your powders and liquids first, and then add your solid ingredients!
