Avocado Lime Hummus

I love making my own hummus to dip my veggies in or to add as a condiment to other dishes throughout the week. This recipe includes creamy avocado and our Organic Lime Juice Powder. It tastes great on veggies or even as a dip for chips. Add this to your rotation now!

Ingredients:

Avocado Hummus
  • 1 Avocado

  • 1 can Chickpeas

  • 1/4 bunch Cilantro

  • 2 cloves Garlic

  • 1 Jalapeno

  • 2 tbsp nubeleaf Lime Juice Powder

  • 2 tbsp Tahini

  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper, ground

  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

  • Water to thin out for desired consistency

Directions:

Add drained chickpeas to a food processer and blend for a minute or two. Next, add in other ingredients and blend to desired consistency.
