Mardi Balgochian, Pastry Chef Extraordinaire

We first met Mardi at this year’s International Baking Industry Expo and knew instantly that she was a future nubeleaf-er. We discussed the importance of using high-quality ingredients in our baking recipes in addition to a shared passion for educating others within the food industry.

Mardi is a professional communication strategist and a French-trained pâtissière. In addition to her life in the corporate world, she maintains a side hustle in pastry and cookbook editing. In her spare time, she loves to travel and is always on the search for the perfect croissant.
