Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

For those of you who enjoy pumpkin spice treats, here’s a great smoothie recipe full of fall flavors. No guilt enjoying this pumpkin spice recipe as it’s loaded with nutrition.


The Recipe

1 cup banana, fresh or frozen

2 tablespoon nubeleaf Organic Pumpkin Powder

1/2 cup of milk of your choice (we love almond milk in this recipe!)

3 ice cubes

1 tablespoon ginger, peeled

Pinch of cinnamon

Top with chia and pumpkin seeds, choice of berries and nuts
