This pudding is tasty, simple and packed with proteins and healthy fats!
3-3.5 cup nut milk
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chia seeds
2 tbsp maple syrup
2-3 tbsp nubeleaf Organic Goji Berry Powder
a pinch of sea salt
Combine all ingredients except for chia seeds in a bowl or blender, and mix well. Stir in chia seeds and then pour into 2 glass mason jars. Set in fridge for at least 2 hours before enjoying. Top with coconut, dried fruit, or nuts.
